As The Remley’s first anniversary approaches and with an exciting addition to their family, I’m thrilled to finally share their stunning Southern California wedding. I had the ultimate privilege of traveling cross-country from Florida to capture this epic celebration in Temecula wine country. From the perfect weather to the luxurious details, every moment was unforgettable.
Welcome Party with a Temecula Wine Country Vibe
We kicked off the wedding festivities with a delightful welcome party at a private residence overlooking a picturesque vineyard. The crisp, cool air of Southern California was a refreshing change from Florida's humidity. Guests enjoyed yard games, including giant Jenga and custom cornhole boards featuring The Remley’s last name. The evening was filled with laughter, authentic tacos, and a few couple photos that set the tone for the wedding ahead.
Elegant Wedding Details at Ethereal Gardens
The wedding day was nothing short of magical. We began with detail shots in Kelly’s hotel room before heading to Ethereal Gardens, a premier Southern California wedding venue renowned for its lush gardens, passion vine greenhouse, and open-air pavilion. The venue’s versatile spaces provided the perfect backdrop for their celebration.
A Flawless Event Thanks to Intertwined Events
A special shoutout goes to Mia from Intertwined Events. Her impeccable planning ensured the wedding went off without a single flaw. Mia, a close friend of Kelly’s sister who used to work with Intertwined, made sure every detail was perfect, from the seamless transition of events to the exquisite décor.
Unique Touches and Personal Details
Kelly’s favorite color, blue, was beautifully incorporated into her details, florals, and linens. Her grandparents honored their Vietnamese heritage by wearing traditional Ao Dai’s in rich yellows. The couple’s family pup, Tumble, looked dapper in a blue suit to match the wedding colors.
Culinary Delights and Memorable Moments
The reception featured delectable food by Trademark Venues, including ice cream from Jacksonville’s own Mayday Ice Cream and 7 Leaves Boba Tea—Kelly’s favorite spot. The unique custom drinks, "The Bruin" and "The Gator," paid homage to Kelly’s UCLA background and Bill and Kelly’s University of Florida Med School roots. The mix-and-match blue bridesmaid dresses, some floral and others plain, added a personal touch that complemented Kelly’s elegant and timeless style. The groomsmen’s darker blue suits and matching orchid boutonnieres made Bill’s brighter blue suit stand out.

We were lucky to experience a breathtaking West Coast sunset just footsteps away from the tented reception. The choice for a first look allowed for ample photo time and a relaxed timeline, capturing beautiful moments throughout the day.
Dancing and a Memorable Cold Spark Exit
The dance floor was never empty thanks to Dancing DJ Productions, who kept the energy high all night. The cold spark exit, with Kelly’s added blue leather jacket, was a show-stopping finale to an incredible evening.
